Pricing questions
What exactly does the $300 flat build include?+
A custom-designed website with four core pages — Home, Services, About Us, and FAQ — built as a fast, mobile-first static site, with basic on-page SEO and a contact method in place. A free consultation is included before we start so we scope it properly. Extra pages or features beyond the four core pages are billed at $70/hr or given a fixed quote.
Are there any monthly fees?+
Not to us. Because we build static sites, hosting runs on a free tier (Netlify) at around $0/month, or on AWS at very low usage-based cost. The only unavoidable recurring cost is your domain name, which is roughly $20/year paid directly to the registrar. There's no platform subscription like Wix or Squarespace charge.
Who owns the website and the hosting?+
You do — entirely. You can host the finished site yourself, or we'll set up the code repository and hosting (Netlify or AWS) under your own account. Either way you own the code and the infrastructure, and you're never locked into working with us to make changes.
What does the $70/hour cover?+
Everything that isn't the flat-rate build: updates and edits to a new or existing site, extra pages, automations, and integrations — both drop-in tools and custom-built work. There's no retainer and no minimum — you pay for the time the work actually takes, with an estimate up front.
Can you add online booking or a blog?+
Yes. Those are established drop-in tools — a booking system, or a lightweight CMS so you can edit content yourself — that we embed and style to match your site, starting from the indicative prices above. Anything more involved — payments and online stores, a bespoke booking flow, or an automation or integration with your own systems — is billed at our $70/hour rate, with an estimate up front.
